Kraftplex

With kraftplex we introduce a new class of material: wooden sheeting. The versatile material consists of 100 % cellulose (without any additives) but combines the characteristics of metal, composite materials and plastics.

It is stabil, flexible and durably shapeable like metall sheets and certified for childrens' toys. 
Kraftplex is mainly used for prototypes, in model making and for series products. Here the suitability as a laser material for cutting and engraving has proved especially successful. 

In particular, the processing by laser cutting, without the otherwise problematic soot and burn marks, is a plus for Kraftplex. Successfully tested with laser systems from Cameo, Epilog, eurolaser, FabCreator, MrBeam and Trotec

The wooden sheeting kraftplex ST is available as in the thicknesses 1.0, 1.5 and 3.0 mm.

Kraftplex CL is available in the thickness 0.5 and 0.8 mm.
